Therapy rooted
in relationship

I am Nisa, a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist with a practice in Tardebigge, Bromsgrove. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, drawing on integrative, relational, and psychodynamic approaches.

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace, without judgement. My cabin office sits among peaceful Worcestershire countryside — a setting designed to feel genuinely removed from everyday pressures.

To find out whether working together feels right, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. No commitment required.

I didn’t want to have to sit in the big chair, to have to talk and go through ‘therapy’. However, Nisa made this process much easier. The warmth and understanding she showed allowed me to open up. She encouraged me to believe in myself — to know that showing vulnerability was an asset. — Liz, 2025

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful catalysts for change. I do not work from a fixed script — the therapy we build together will be shaped around you, your history, and what you need most right now.

“Nisa made this process much easier. It took me a while to trust but the warmth and understanding she showed was ideal and allowed me to open up. She was gentle, thoughtful but most importantly encouraging. She helped me to believe in myself — to know that showing vulnerability was an asset. Nisa is patient, non-judgemental and kind. One of the best things I have ever done.”

“I would wholeheartedly recommend Nisa. She has a great ability to point you in the right direction without forgetting it’s your choice. She looks to support, guide and enable you. I left our sessions very differently to how I started them and without her support I don’t know where I would be today.”
